I love all stages, but in my opinion it gets a lot more fun at around three months. Our guys are smiling, laughing if you're really funny, and doing lots of talking. They enjoy looking around, watching their brothers, smile when looked at, and love their crib mobile. Their legs are getting stronger. They both enjoy standing and laying down and kicking.

Caleb at 3 months:
-still has a full head of hair. It seems to be growing longer and turning redder.
-has his mommy's light complexion-SPF 50 anyone?
-eyes look blue sometimes and have hints of green or brown
-wears size 2 diapers.
-can wear 3 month or 6 month clothes
-is off his reflux meds but still sleeps elevated in his crib
-sleeps with one arm swaddled and likes to hold and chew on his blanket with his free arm
-is really filling out-cheeks and legs especially
-pretty lazy at tummy time and just lays his head down to sleep
-eats every 3-4 hours
-stays awake 1-1.5 hours at a time
-sleeps 7-8 hours at night
-sleeps well in his car seat and bed most of the time
-gets super worked up when mad, then crashes to sleep
-is starting to drool and blow bubbles
-dislikes the bottle

Clayton at 3 months:
-has old man hair. He has brown fuzzy hair on top and quite a bit on the bottom, but has rubbed a rim of baldness.
-has gorgeous blue eyes and a darker complexion
-cheeks are made for squeezing and has a sizable double chin
-is a full inch longer than Caleb
-is lifting his head pretty well at tummy time and attempts to roll over. Still a ways away.
-smile lights up his whole face. Can't help but be happy when he flashes it at you.
-wears size 2 diapers and 6 month clothes
-sleeps holding his blanket with his arms above his head
-loves to eat every 3-4 hours
-stays awake between 1 and 1.5 hours
sleeps 7-8 hours at night
-wishes he could cuddle someone every time he sleeps. Loves to be rocked, snuggled, and held.
-dislikes the bottle

Caleb and Clayton,
I cannot express the joy that you have brought to our family in only three months. It is feeling like no other to see two little smiles greet me every morning when I go to get you out of bed. Each day brings new discoveries. You have just started noticing each other. I would love to have it on video, but it is so amazing to watch you coo and talk to your brother that I don't want to miss one second of it. Your daddy and I are so lucky to get to witness the bond you share.
