Santa came!

Our little family had so much fun Christmas morning!  Santa came to visit, ate the cookies Benton set out, and wrote him a note reminding him to remember Jesus and to be kind to others.  We had to wake up the twins so they would have full tummies when big brother got up.  Benton woke up and yelled that his bed was wet.  Not exactly the start we had envisioned!  After a quick clean up, he was excited to see if Santa brought him a "surprise."

Benton requested cars, and Caleb and Clayton got a school bus and garbage truck.  We opened our stockings and gifts from each other.

The twins thought big brother would look handsome in some new boots, and Benton got his brothers each a new book.

We had to have quite a few little chats with Benton about having a thankful heart, and he had a difficult time when his brothers got something new.  Thankfully, he did much better later on in the day.

Benton was so happy to discover that we got him a car garage to go with his new cars.  Caleb and Clayton got the Little People zoo and farm.

Poor kid, sharing is hard even for adults.  Sometimes I feel like this too!  Santa was kind to me as well and brought me a new organizing system for our mud room.  Hunter got some new under armor and a pop up blind.  We headed over to Honey and Poppa's bright and early for breakfast and more fun!
