If you were to ask Caleb his favorite part of the trip, usually he says breakfast with Mickey Mouse. After his reaction to our first character lunch, I was worried he would just cry the whole time again, but they all loved Breakfast with Chef Mickey. Mickey waffles are pretty tasty too:)
After breakfast, we headed over to spend the morning at Epcot. We did the Nemo ride, looked around at the aquarium, rode a couple rides, then played at the Lightning McQueen and Mater playground. It was plenty hot and humid.

Hunter and Benton went on to the Chevrolet test track, and the twins and I headed to the misters and gift shop. They designed their own prototype vehicle and then tested it out. Hunter said it went pretty fast, but Benton loved it. They made a Chevy truck, of course!

We ate lunch in "Mexico" and was it every delicious! The atmosphere was really neat. It was candlelight and there was a river right on the other side of our table. I couldn't really see too much of what I was eating, but I left stuffed.

After we napped, we played at the beach and pool until the sun went down. It was another day in paradise!
