Continuing with our top ten for December...
1. Mingle and Jingle
ACU started a new event. Santa was there, the Grinch movie was shown on a giant projector, and Aaron Watson had a free concert. It was a blast. We waited in line for this beauty. Benton was unhappy that I took him off Santa's lap after they talked to make room for Caleb. Clayton was unsure of what the fuss was about, and Caleb cried after Benton's fit. Classic. It's framed.
2. Hunter's tacky sweater 30th Birthday
It's not every day you brother officiates a wedding. He did such a great job. We enjoyed our night out on the town while Nana kept the boys.
4. Tentmaking
Hunter is an excellent tentmaker. The boys loved spending many hours playing in our masterpiece.
5. Christmas party at Prime Time
Imagine a bunch of adults playing laser tag, go carts, arcade games, and the batting cages. I must let it be known I scored higher than Hunter in laser tag.
6. Benton's trip to Angel Fire
Right after the company party, Nana and G-Daddy took Benton to the mountains. He loved his time with the two of them playing in the snow.
7. Christmas Eve Eve at the farm
We had a blast doing what Hanners do best...guns, boats, vehicles, and food.
| Amazingly, every time Benton counted to 3 he hit the target;) |
8. We hit up the State School Christmas Lane (Chase says it's a can't miss), drank hot chocolate, called Santa on the hotline, made some cookies, and headed home to sleep in our own beds. Good day!
9. Santa came! He visited our house Christmas morning and brought Benton dinosaurs, the twins bikes, and brought Hunter tennis rackets for the entire family! He even remembered the watch I wanted!
Santa also left goodies for us at Nana's house and Honey's house!
10. Enjoying our time as a family and testing out our new toys
