At our house when September rolls around it means one thing....hunting season and one happy hubby. Hunter tries very hard to balance hunting with having a happy wife. It has been so nice this year that most dove hunts involve walking out the back door and he has taken a little assistant on several of his duck hunts to "Animal Lake." Benton loves going with his daddy, wearing his hunting pants, hunting ears, and being outdoors. In this particular hunt, they came across a badger. I thought he was gross, but I was the supportive wife and took pictures at his request. After I got a closer look, I was glad he was dead and no longer roaming around with his huge claws and killer teeth.

Oh my that thing is mean looking! I think maybe we should Photoshop him out of that pic, cause it sure is cute of Benton!
