Time to jump back on the blogging wagon. A lot has gone on since I've last posted.
Hopping back a few months, May was a busy month at school. We had something special almost every day. The animals of May farm were one of the treats. The littles were quite funny with a lot of commotion to take in. Here's a poor gerbil in Clayton's lap. He's not the most gentle boy there ever was.

Also in May was our school's program. Benton's class sang "I Love Jesus Better than Ice Cream," "If All the Raindrops," and "Lollipop." They also recited a verse from Deuteronomy 6. I heard these songs sung many times in his sweet little voice. Unfortunately, Benton spotted me before his class even started and spent most all the time peeking around his friends and waving rather than singing.

We had a great school year. Benton adored his teachers and could not wait to get to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The twins happily played next door with two of my friends I got to know this year, and I spent my days sipping coffee and taking care of babies with my sister. We were all ready for summer break, but will be counting down the days until next September!
