Hunter so kindly reminded me that I haven't been doing a very good job blogging. It has been a while. We have had a great last few weeks. Benton has been to the doctor, I've had a birthday, Benton stayed overnight with Nana, Hunter took me to a bed and breakfast, and I have gone back to work to do a little testing.
Benton got in his johnny jumper and loved it. He thought that it tasted really yummy.
Hunter was at work, so I thought I had better document his experience for Daddy.

So big!!!
This is Benton rockin the sweater vest before church.
I'm such a happy guy!
Yeah, I know I look good.
Mom is so funny!
He is looking around and so alert. Here he is in his office at the dealership.
We also went to see Dr. Faehnle for our two month checkup. He weighed 14 lbs. 10 oz. and was 24 1/2 inches long. He also had to get 3 big shots. He wasn't very happy, and seemed a little lifeless the rest of the day.
Here he is after his shots at my party. Clara sat still for exactly one picture all night. She is very busy.
Hunter did an excellent job (as always) planning our anniversary trip. This year we went to a bed and breakfast outside Buffalo Gap. It was in the middle of nowhere and very relaxing. Our cabin was built in 1806. It was great to reconnect and spend time just the two of us. Nana and G-Daddy had a great time babysitting.
Three month post coming soon!
